Di Kaye Artwork Ltd ships worldwide via appropriate third party, UK based services using the following policies.

Packaging

All items will be packaged appropriately and dispatched within 24 hours of successful completion of payment. If payment is by Cheque drawn on a UK bank account, please allow working 5 days for clearance of funds before shipping.

Insurance

It is our policy to offer shipping of all items with the appropriate level of insurance by UK Special Delivery (insured to value 1000). However, at the request of the buyer by selecting the "Flat Rate" shipping at the checkout, insurance may be waived in favour of cheaper methods of transit. Please note that, whilst we will always endeavour to assist as much as possible with legitimate claims, Di Kaye Artwork Ltd may not be able to help if you have waived insurance on shipped items

Returns

Di Kaye Artwork Ltd operate a general 7 day inspection period during which we will accept a return based on the following criteria:

1. An error has been made by Di Kaye Artwork Ltd (for example, you have received the wrong picture)
2. The picture was damaged during shipping and there is appropriate insurance
3. The picture is not as described

If for any reason you would like to return picture(s) purchased from Di Kaye Artwork Ltd, please contact us using the contact form on our web site and type RETURN REQUEST in the subject box. Type in your invoice number and date of purchase in the space provided and describe your reasons for the return with any relevant proof that you may have available. We will consider your claim carefully and, if it is upheld, offer you the following options:

1. If it is our fault, we will ask you to carefully re-package the picture and we will arrange for a courier to collect. On receipt of the picture we will refund your original purchase and postage and packing charges. You will be given a discretionary discount off your next purchase from Di Kaye Artwork Ltd
2. If we accept the return but it is not our fault, then we will refund a) if insurance can be claimed - the full purchase price + all shipping costs , b) if insurance was not taken (at request of the buyer) or if insurance cannot be claimed - the full purchase price, but not shipping costs, as a discount off your next order , c) if you would like to keep the picture - a discretionary discount off your next purchase through Di Kaye Artwork Ltd
